Superlova Returns & Refunds Policy

At Superlova, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policies below.


Returns

Consumable Products

We do not accept returns for consumable products, such as our sauces or any food items.

Non-Consumable Products

For non-consumable merchandise:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Claims for lost-in-transit packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Size changes or exchanges for non-consumable merchandise are not supported at this time.

To initiate a return or exchange claim, please contact us at hi@superlova.com with your order details and reason for the request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hi@superlova.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., sauces or food products)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Refunds are available for all products (including consumable items). Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hi@superlova.com.
