Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment
We process and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM (PST) on a shipping day will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) on a shipping day will be processed and shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
For example:
- An order placed at 9:30 AM on Monday will ship the same day.
- An order placed at 10:15 AM on Monday will ship on Wednesday.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-5 business days after your order is shipped.
Please note:
- Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

- We currently ship within the U.S. only (update if international shipping is offered).
