The Dan Dan Upgrade

If you already love our Dan Dan Sauce, this is the upgrade.

Before Superlova came in jars, we served fresh Dan Dan noodles from our noodle stand. The crowd favorite Dan Dan Noodle wasn't made with one sauce, it was made with three.

When we bottled that recipe, we discovered that liquid soy sauce and creamy sesame paste simply don't age well together in the same jar. So we kept them separated. 

Dan Dan stayed rich and creamy, and Pei Pei is savory and tangy. 

Mixed back together, they create the closest thing to the original bowl we used to serve, and the most complete, authentic Dan Dan noodle experience we can bottle.

The Original Formula

• 2 tbsp Dan Dan
• 2 tbsp Pei Pei

That's it.

For a milder bowl, substitute Dan Dan with May May.
