Quick & Easy Crispy Tofu with Superlova! Sauce

Instructions

STEP 1. Prepare the Tofu

  • Dice the firm tofu into 1.5–2 inch cubes for even cooking.

STEP 2. Choose Your Cooking Method

Air-Frying:

  • Lightly coat all sides of the tofu cubes with oil.

  • Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning the tofu halfway through.

Pan-Frying:

  • Heat a pan until very hot, then coat with oil to season it (this prevents sticking).

  • Add the tofu cubes and pan-fry on all four sides until golden and crispy.

    • Tip: Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even crisping.

STEP 3. Add Aromatics and Sauce

  • Once the tofu is golden and crispy, reduce the heat to low.

  • Add the minced garlic, chopped Thai chilis, scallions, and cilantro.
